Welcome to SocialNest. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of socialnest.in and any services provided by SocialNest. By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, accepting a quotation or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. About SocialNest

SocialNest provides digital and business services, including Digital Marketing, Website Development, SEO, Social Media Management, Branding, Content Creation, Google Business Profile services, Hospitality Solutions, Accounting, GST, Taxation and related business support.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or services, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you are acting on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms on behalf of that business.

3. Service Scope

The exact scope, deliverables, price and estimated timeline for a project will be specified in the applicable quotation, proposal, invoice or written communication accepted by the client.

• Services outside the agreed scope may require additional charges.
• Any change in requirements may affect the project cost and timeline.
• Additional work will begin only after approval from the client.
• Project timelines are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

• Providing accurate information, content, images, credentials and approvals.
• Ensuring that supplied content does not violate copyright, trademark or other rights.
• Responding to requests for feedback and approvals within a reasonable time.
• Reviewing deliverables before final approval or publication.
• Keeping account passwords and access credentials secure.
• Complying with platform policies and applicable laws.

5. Quotations, Payments and Taxes

• Prices will be communicated through an approved quotation, proposal or invoice.
• Work may require an advance payment before commencement.
• The remaining amount must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.
• Applicable taxes may be charged in addition to the quoted service amount.
• Delayed payments may result in suspension or delay of services.
• SocialNest may withhold final files, website access or ownership transfer until full payment is received.

6. Third-Party Charges

Unless specifically included in the quotation, third-party expenses are separate from SocialNest service charges.

• Domain registration and renewal charges.
• Website hosting and server charges.
• Premium themes, plugins, software and licences.
• Advertising budgets for Google, Meta or other platforms.
• Payment gateway, OTA or marketplace charges.
• Stock images, videos, fonts or other licensed assets.

7. Digital Advertising Services

SocialNest may create and manage campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Facebook, Instagram and Google. Advertising results depend on several factors beyond our control, including market conditions, competition, budget, audience behaviour, platform algorithms and client offerings.

• SocialNest does not guarantee a fixed number of leads, sales or conversions.
• The client is responsible for the advertising budget paid to the relevant platform.
• Advertising platforms may reject, restrict or suspend ads or accounts under their policies.
• The client must provide accurate claims, pricing and business information for advertisements.

8. Website Development

• The client must review the website and report changes before final approval.
• Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be charged separately.
• Delays in content, payment or approval may extend the delivery timeline.
• SocialNest is not responsible for disruptions caused by hosting providers, plugins, themes, cyberattacks or third-party services.
• Maintenance after project completion is included only when stated in the proposal.

9. SEO Services

SEO performance is affected by search-engine algorithms, competition, website condition and market behaviour. SocialNest does not guarantee a specific ranking position or permanent search-engine result.

10. Revisions and Approvals

The number of revisions included in a service will be specified in the quotation or proposal. A deliverable will be considered approved when the client confirms approval in writing or begins using or publishing the deliverable.

11. Intellectual Property

• The client retains ownership of original materials supplied to SocialNest.
• Final custom deliverables may be transferred after full payment.
• Third-party themes, plugins, fonts, stock media and software remain subject to their respective licences.
• Unused concepts, drafts and working files remain the property of SocialNest unless otherwise agreed.
• SocialNest may display completed work in its portfolio unless confidentiality is agreed in writing.

12. Confidentiality

Both parties should keep confidential business information, login credentials, strategies, customer data and other non-public information secure. Information may be disclosed where legally required or necessary to authorised service providers.

13. Cancellation and Refunds

• A cancellation request must be submitted in writing.
• Advance payments may become non-refundable once work has started or resources have been allocated.
• Completed work and third-party expenses are not refundable.
• If a refund is approved, deductions may be made for completed work, administrative costs and payment-processing charges.
• Platform payments made directly to Meta, Google, hosting providers or other third parties are governed by their respective refund policies.

14. Suspension or Termination

SocialNest may suspend or terminate services where payments remain overdue, required information is not provided, platform policies are violated, unlawful activity is suspected or these Terms and Conditions are breached.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SocialNest will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profits, business opportunities, data, ranking, advertising accounts or third-party platform access.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, SocialNest's total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

16. No Professional Guarantee

Information available on our website is provided for general informational purposes. Accounting, taxation, legal and financial matters may require review by an appropriately qualified professional based on the client's individual circumstances.

17. Third-Party Platforms

SocialNest does not control third-party platforms such as Meta, Google, Instagram, WhatsApp, hosting providers, payment gateways or OTA platforms. We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes, suspensions, technical errors or decisions.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gurugram, Haryana.

19. Changes to These Terms

SocialNest may update these Terms and Conditions when services, business practices or legal requirements change. Updated terms will be published on this page with the latest revision date.
